Converting the 1300sqm industrial space into a family home demanded careful and considered thought at every turn for the building and garden alike.
Tall and open, the space is unique, now giving onto a lush tropical garden with centenary trees.
To balance the integrity of the building, the roof was exposed to the sky creating indoor-outdoor living spaces and arches were opened up to create new perspectives.
